The Pertzborn family has been baking authentic German gingerbread to a secret family recipe since 1894.
In 1976 Pertzborn could produced the first time for a major industrial customer.
In 1982 began the first production of gingerbread.
Finllay in 1985 Pertzborn delivered the gingerbread products abroad. Since then exist the relationship with empire bespoke foods.
Pertzborn is owned since 1990 by Markus Pertzborn.
The demand for pastry busicuits/gingerbread was so great that the business grows from a small familiy business to a medium size company. Today we employ around 25 employees and up to 100 seasonal workers. Which works for Pertzborn over several years
